Allow up to 60 minutes for an in-depth discussion on your current state of health (presenting complaint/s) and personal health history. This includes in-depth questioning on your body systems, lifestyle practices, and diet, along with physical examinations and the possibility for further testing. Together we will establish your health goals and help you reconnect to your body, mind, and spirit.

Allow up to 30 minutes to evaluate your current treatment plan and health progress, review pathology/testing results and continuation of treatment.

Your first return consult following an initial appointment will need to be booked as the 45 minute option called “First Followup Consultation”.

*If it has been longer than 12 months since your last appointment, you are required to book an initial consultation again.

Allow up to 25 minutes. This consultation type is for acute conditions only and is not suitable for long-term management. Book for support with things like colds/flus, event-based anxiety (eg. flying, exams etc.).

Functional testing is a valuable tool to get to the root-cause of illness. They give in-depth and specific clinical insights to further the effectiveness of Naturopathic treatment and support. Functional tests include:

• Complete Microbiome Mapping

  • Assesses the microbiome from a single stool sample - eneficial and harmful bacteria, inflammatory markers, parasites/pathogens, leaky gut and more.

• Vaginal Microbiome Mapping

  • Assesses the vaginal microbiome for bacterial and fungal overgrowths, pH levels, and infections.

• Other pathology testing depending on presentation
